If you are not satisfied with our product, we have the option of return or exchange. If you want to return an item, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. The product should be in its original condition, with all hashtags, all components, and original packaging. The product should not be damaged, washed, or used.
We highly recommend you use a traceable method and also send the tracking code to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not pay for return shipping costs and you are responsible if the product is lost in the transaction.
